I thought it might be a grouse...You might be right. I thought it might be a grouse initially but it this print wasn't in grouse habitat and I have never seen a grouse around this area (which isn't saying much). Looking through google pictures it does look more grouse-like. The owl prints I saw had larger/longer wing prints, although some of them looked similar to this picture.
